Application for Admission
Thank you for your interest in studying at Wellspring Christian Institute. We are honored that you are considering joining our Christ-centered learning community.
To begin the admissions process, please complete the Application for Admission in full and submit all requested information. Once we receive your application, our Admissions Team will carefully review it to ensure you meet the entrance requirements for your chosen program.
If your application is approved, you will receive an email confirming your acceptance, along with an invoice for your tuition. At that time, you may choose to:

Pay your tuition in full, or

Enroll in our convenient 10-month Monthly Payment Plan.
If you choose the Monthly Payment Plan, simply accept the initial invoice, and your selected payment method will be securely charged automatically each month until your tuition has been paid in full.
Once your payment has been received (or your payment plan has been activated), you will receive access to your student portal, course materials, and all the resources you need to begin your educational journey with Wellspring Christian Institute.

Monthly Payment Plans
To make your education more affordable, Wellspring Christian Institute offers convenient 10-month automatic payment plans for all degree and certificate programs. Simply select your desired program using the form below, and your monthly payment schedule will be created for you. Once this has been created you will be sent an email with an invoice that you will need to pay to activate your enrollment.
Once you accept your initial invoice, the payment method you provide will be securely charged automatically each month for the remaining balance. Please note that all tuition must be paid in full before your degree or certificate can be awarded and official graduation documents released.

Certificate Programs
For students seeking focused training without pursuing a full degree program, Wellspring Christian Institute offers Certificate Programs in Christian Counseling.
Please Note: Christian Coaching Certificate starts on 1 November 2026
All payment plans include an admin fee of $80 that is spread over all 10 payments.
Following enrollment, monthly invoices will be issued, and payments will be automatically taken on the day you registered each preceding month until the tuition balance has been paid in full.
All tuition and fees must be paid by May 10 of the student's graduating year. In order to receive a degree/certificate and participate in graduation, all financial obligations to the Institute must be satisfied prior to graduation.
