Disciple Track
The Disciple Track is designed for students who desire a solid biblical and academic foundation in Christian counseling. Throughout this program, you will develop a deep understanding of Scripture, counseling principles, theology, human development, and Christ-centered care while growing in your own spiritual maturity.
This pathway is ideal for those seeking an accredited degree for personal growth, ministry, leadership, or further academic study. Upon successful completion, graduates receive their Christian Counseling degree.

Eligibility for continued postgraduate study

Ambassador Track
The Ambassador Track is designed for those who sense a calling not only to learn but also to serve as equipped representatives of Christ in the ministry of Christian counseling. In addition to completing a modified degree curriculum, students receive the training, certification, and licensing needed to move confidently into professional Christian counseling ministry.
Graduates are equipped with both theological understanding and practical ministry skills, enabling them to counsel with biblical wisdom, compassion, and integrity while serving under recognized Christian counseling credentials.
Upon successful completion, graduates receive their Christian Counseling degree along with NCCA Certification and Licensing, preparing them to minister as trained Christian counselors.
The Ambassador Track includes everything in the Disciple Track, plus:
ARNO Certification
ARNO Christian Counseling Licensing
Enhanced practical counseling training
Ministry readiness and professional preparation
Greater confidence for serving individuals, families, churches, and communities

Whether you choose the Disciple Track or the Ambassador Track, you will receive the same accredited Christian Counseling degree and be equipped with a strong biblical foundation.

Associate of Christian Counseling
The Associate Degree provides a strong foundation in biblical studies, Christian counseling principles, personal growth, communication skills, and pastoral care. This program is ideal for those beginning their journey into Christian counseling, ministry support, or personal development.
Bachelor of Christian Counseling
The Bachelor Degree offers a more comprehensive exploration of counseling theory, human development, biblical psychology, family dynamics, crisis intervention, and Christian leadership. Students develop practical skills and deeper theological understanding while preparing for ministry and professional counseling opportunities.
Master of Christian Counseling
The Master Degree is designed for those seeking advanced training and specialization in Christian counseling. Students engage with complex counseling methodologies, trauma-informed care, leadership development, research, and advanced ministry applications. Graduates are equipped to provide deeper levels of guidance, mentoring, and transformational care.
Doctor of Christian Counseling
The Doctorate Degree represents the highest level of academic achievement offered through Wellspring Christian Institute. This program is designed for experienced practitioners, educators, researchers, and ministry leaders who desire to contribute to the advancement of Christian counseling through scholarship, leadership, and innovation. Doctoral candidates engage in advanced research and develop expertise that enables them to influence the next generation of counselors and ministry leaders.
ARNO Profile System Certification & Licensing
In addition to our degree programs, Wellspring Christian Institute offers ARNO Profile System Certification & Licensing , providing specialized training in practical transformational methodologies that complement Christian counseling and holistic care. ARNO Profile System Certification & Licensing equips practitioners with additional tools and frameworks that support emotional well-being, personal growth, and effective client care.
