At Wellspring Christian Institute, we are committed to making quality Christian counseling education both accessible and affordable. Our flexible payment options allow students to begin their studies without the burden of paying the full tuition upfront.
A deposit of $300 is required to secure your place and begin your program of study. Students may start certain coursework prior to the commencement of live classes and spread tuition payments over an extended period, making it easier to invest in their education and calling.

Certificate programs are available at the Associate, Bachelor, and Master levels and provide practical, Christ-centered training for ministry, counseling, and personal development.
Payment Plans
All payment plans include an admin fee of $80 that is added to the first payment of your monthly fees.
Following enrollment, monthly invoices will be issued, and payments are due on the 10th day of each month until the tuition balance has been paid in full.
All tuition and fees must be paid by May 10 of the student's graduating year. In order to receive a diploma and participate in graduation, all financial obligations to the Institute must be satisfied prior to graduation.

Transcripts
Official transcripts are available upon request.
• Transcript Fee: $30 per transcript
• Official transcripts will be sent directly to the requesting educational institution, employer, or organization.
Transfer Students and Previous Degrees
Students who have previously completed degree programs or who wish to transfer credits may be eligible for advanced standing or customized tuition arrangements. Prospective students are encouraged to contact the Admissions Office to discuss individual circumstances and receive a personalized evaluation.
Additional Costs
Tuition covers academic instruction and course delivery; however, students should budget for additional educational expenses, including:
• Required textbooks and course materials
• Graduation fees
• Optional certification or licensure fees
• Any additional resources required for specific courses or professional development opportunities
