At Wellspring Christian Institute, we believe coaching is more than a profession, it is a Kingdom ministry. Our certification is designed to develop not only your coaching skills but also your spiritual maturity, emotional intelligence, and ability to partner with the Holy Spirit as you serve others.
Unlike many coaching schools that simply provide a collection of videos and leave students to study on their own, Wellspring offers a highly interactive learning experience. Every course is available in professionally presented on-demand video lessons, allowing you to learn at your own pace, wherever you are in the world.

All coaching students gather for a live Zoom mentoring session once a week, where you can ask questions, discuss course concepts, explore real-life coaching situations, and learn alongside fellow students from around the world. These sessions provide invaluable insight, encouragement, accountability, and practical application that cannot be gained from self-study alone. You are not simply watching lessons, you are becoming part of a growing community of Christian coaches committed to lifelong learning and transformation.
Our program is designed with flexibility in mind. You may study individual modules to strengthen a particular area of interest, or complete all ten modules to earn your Christian Coaching Certification.
